I will be staying on Margarita Island for a week and then would like to fly to Trinidad or Tobago for a vacation at the Bijou des Caraibes.

Is there any transportation to Trinidad or Tobago from Margarita Island?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Jeff

There´s flights from Tobago to Margaritas, but I can´t remember their name.
You could check with Caribbean Holidays in Crown Poinbt, Tobago, nearby the Airport. Their office is situated on the road from the Airport to Store Bay. That company is dealing with visitors, air tickets both in the Caribbean as well to/from Tobago, tours and so forth, and I know that some of their guests sometimes goes to Margaritas.

We flew from Trinidad to Margarita and back 2 weeks ago. There were several flights a day when we travelled. We flew with Avior who had 2 flights most days (not wed or sun I think) but Aeropostal also fly that route and I saw at least one other airline checking in passengers to Margarita but I can't remember the name of that one.

We're going to tobago by way of Amsterdam carried by Martinair - a charter - pack the plane full - airline owned by KLM.
To my horror I learned, that the out flight is 12.40 hours. I delved into this and found out, that we go Amsterdam - Isla Margharita - Tobago - which accounts for the 12.40.
Going back it's Tobago - Amsterdam only 9 hours something.
So that's one connection from Isla Margharita to Tobago - but no return ticket I'm afraid
