L & H Sunset, on the beach at Castara - excellent lunch (choice of chicken or fish, both served with ground provisions). Very friendly staff.

Wallace's, at top of road which leads down to the Naturalist and Sealevel - great for laid back, late-night liming with locals and expats. Everyone made us feel so welcome - when we arrived lots of people were sitting around in a circle which they insisted we join. Would highly recommend for learning the art of liming!

Cascreole - lovely setting right on beach with very friendly staff. The food was fairly average. It's a shame it wasn't open at night when we were there as there are lots of pool tables, and a stage for live music.

D'Almond Tree - had my first taste of goat here, in a curry, and it was absolutely excellent. My only criticism is that our food was a bit cold.
