Sharon and Pheb's - excellent value, great food, lovely setting - we ate here a lot. At lunchtime they do a scrumptious flying fish sandwich for $15TT - I became slightly addicted to these!
Eastman's - best to pop in during the day and say that you'd like to eat there in the evening (specify a time) as they seemed to close when not busy/expecting people. Had a fairly average fish and chips and was a bit pricey for what it was.
Charlotteville Beach Bar and Rest - I can definitely recommend the Friday and Saturday night party here. Music blaring until the early hours, dancing, and very busy. The crowd was mainly locals, and mainly male so we were hassled a bit (we were pretty much the only girls there for a lot of the night), but Teddy the barman was very good at checking we were ok. There's also a pool table, so it's good for more sedate drinking too during the week. If you can, try and avoid the toilets - they are revolting!
Speyside Inn - thought the food was excellent here, and a nice setting too. Made a nice change from the standard fish in creole sauce.
