myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

Steve and I got back from our first trip to Tobago on Friday, and we had a fabulous time. We just loved the island, especially Castara and the north, where we spent virtually all our time.

We used Excel One to get there, stayed in Young's House (aka Lemon Tree) in Castara, went diving with Aquamarine, hired a jeep from KCNN (via our house caretaker who works for Yes Tourism), ate in all the establishments in Castara which were open (and a few others around the island), did a boat trip with Alibaba and lots more besides.

We will post some detailed reviews later in the week, but wanted to say hello to Gisela (aka Shorty) and all the other lovely people we met during our two weeks.

I also promised Adam from Sandcastles to mention that his email has been down for the last couple of weeks, so if anyone has emailed him recently it may be worth giving him a call instead, especially if it's urgent.

As so many others say here, we will be back next year, probably similar time and hopefully same place.

Hi Jo,

I'm still writing on my detailed post from Castara. Will take a while because I'm very busy at the moment and can't find the time to sit down and remember all the nice things we did, when we were there.

Since the moment I arrived at the airport in Frankfurt (Wednsday 5 am and 7° C) last week I wish to go back. May be we will meet there again. Don't forgett to let me know, when you will go again.
