Editor: Seeking Help with Dog Care

Can any kind reader help?

Our normal dog-carer will be unavailable during our next trip to Tobago and we are loathe to consider kennels – so, are there any readers in East Anglia who would like to look after a lovely, obedient, well-trained 7-year old Goldie for seven weeks from the 1st February next?

Topaz is a beautiful animal. She has the dignity and gentle nature typical of her breed. Aggression is beyond her comprehension and she just loves children, people and all other animals (she even shares her food bowl with our cat).

If anyone can help, please hit the Email button below and drop me a line.

Hi Folks

Just a quick update. One lovely kind reader only half an hour away from me has already offered their support for the month of February. So, if there's anyone who can help for the three weeks in March 2006, that would be brilliant.

Just to let you all know that Topaz is bearing up while Steve and Jill sun themselves in Tobago! She has also had her own trip to the beach, visiting Hunsatanton on the Norfolk coast for 2 days earlier in Feb, not as warm but equally enjoyable. She has been playing constantly with Coco our 8 month old springer/cocker spaniel, and this weekend has entertained an 8 week old labrador pup.
Must go she wants to go for another walk............!!
