I have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Bijou des caraibes. Tobago is a beautiful island but it was the warm welcome and hospitality of judy, her family and staff that made it truely memorable. I stumbled across the listing for bijou by chance and was quite impressed by the reports of previous guests, I'm glad to say the reports were accurate.
The location was ideal, with stunning views of Buccoo reef and a well maintained garden and pool. It's a three minute drive to the nearest beach, but as you will need to hire a car to get the most out of Tobago, this is hardly an inconvienience. Judy was always available for advice and a chat and teated us like family throughout our stay, i can wholeheartedly recommend Bijou des caraibes and hope to return in the future.
