Restaurant Changes

I recently announced that La Terrazza were moving from their Shirvan Road premises to the Tobago Plantations Golf Club restaurant, previously operated by Rouselles.
Well, I am now delighted to announce that Ru-B-Lou's are moving from their Sandy Point premises to those previously occupied by La Terrazza. Its like musical chairs.
Good luck to all concerned and particularly to Lou's nephew Mark Patience and his partner and chef Maurice Gomes.
Another bit of restaurant news. As many Tobagophiles will know, the future of Amadeus restaurant has been uncertain for some time. We now learn that this was due to Rueben's ill health. Sadly he passed away this summer. We extend our sympathy to Marianne. I am now told that Marianne has decided to keep the restaurant going. However, it is now only open for lunch (previously it was only open for dinner). Marianne has also converted part of the restaurant to a boutique, selling 'up-market' clothing.
