Don't know this villa personally, but hopefully somebody might be able to give you some information.

I visited Villa De Lena at the end of October for 2 weeks. Although listed as in Bon Accord it is a located quite a way from the main restaurant area and a car is essential if you want to spend time away from the villa.
The villa is probably one of the largest in the area and sited in Estate Road, which is currently little more than a dirt track and is very quiet with little passing traffic. The only minor critism was that the pool had rather strange slope to the sides. But for the cost per night it is an absolute bargin and my first action on returning was to book to go back for a 3 week stay.
