C-ville road

Hi everyone. I have failed to find any recent comments of the Charlotteville road. I would just like to state that it was very well made and actually finished for 3/4 of the way from l Ánse Fourmi onwards and the rest was quite traversable with an ordinary sedan, albeit there were a few nasty-looking mud puddles, rockfalls and such. We met at least 5 cars during the trip and a german guy in a low-slung jap car who managed very nicely. We had a very nice large Grand Vitara from Sheppy, of course.
So, another part of Tobago mystique has vanished forever-to the great bonus of the locals of the North-west of course. And for us who want to go from pirate´s bay to Englishman´s bay in 30 minutes
I would like to remind drivers that the road still is closed officially, though. That does not seem to disturb people from using it-but I would never DREAM of inciting people to do something wicked...
