Hello Christina
Welcome aboard!
Sorry, but as far as I am aware there are no scheduled trips/tours from Tobago to the Angel Falls, or anywhere in Venezuela for that matter. I'm sure someone like Yes Tourism could arrange a private charter tour for you, but my guess is it would be VERY expensive because it would probably mean the private charter of an aircraft over to Venezuela before joining one of the tours over there. It some 400 miles away, as the crow flies, so not something that's going to be easily accomplished in a day.

Last summer when I was in Togao, I´d see adds for tours to Venezuela incl. Angel Falls. Check the agencies at the Airport

It's probably been 15 years, but we went to Angel Falls from Isla Margarita. You might want to check with Avensa Airlines directly if you can figure out how to get to Venezuela. When we went, the lodge that was the closest accomodations to the falls belonged to Avensa and we did a package directly through the airlines. Completely worth the trip if you can work it out. The falls is unbelievable and the area around the Lodge is worth the visit even without the falls.
Good luck
