I wonder if you can say what strength and reliability the winds may be this time of year - i am going to Tobago on 9th March for two weeks - be great to get 15 - 20 knots

Were kitesurfing. If we get 15 - 20 it couldn't be better .

Not long now - its just too cold here at the mo!

Around the Pigeon Point area you will find some of the best conditions ... the wind is very consistent there.
