Hi Bryn most of the people work out of the rooms in the gardens adjacent to the Kariwak Hotel - it is all totally legit and above board and they are good. Paula is one and there are others. A couple of years ago the Golf Club at the Hilton set up a facility using one of the Ladies from the Kariwak rooms - again totally legit.

I can recommend either, as I had a back problem which I now have a regular massage to keep in check - Paula gave me the first massage I'd had (on Tobago).
