Which coast to fish in April?

This forum is great so much info my head is now like a box of frogs 
My question is which coast is the best to fish Atlantic or Caribean I will be fishing for anything that will pull my string. recently took up fly fishing so fancy a go with that but will spin , ledger dead baits, float fish live baits, in fact come to think about it i will fish with a vine and bent pin if that is the only thing available. I assume that April is going to be the best time for most species if the rest of the Caribean is anything to go by! I have been trying to get to fish at this time year out there for ten years and this will be the first time so I am realy excited, if anyone can give me a brief list of places, type of fish at each and what works eg bait or fly etc. would love to hear back
