What a bonus !!

I was a lucky winner in the 2005 competitions. My chosen prize, yes you guessed it, One week vehicle rental from Kcnn.

I emailed Charmaine, one of the owners, several times before departing the U.K. to make sure everything would be in order. I couldn't have wished for better customer service. I had return emails within hours (TSTT can't be slow all the time)

I had arranged to have the vehicle delivered to the Hotel (The Rex Turtle). Absoultely nothing was too much trouble for charmaine, Just call me when you want the car delivered. It will take ten minutes to complete the paperwork & you can get on & enjoy your holiday. Thanks Charmaine

In total I hired the vehicle for 12 days. Each time I wanted to add a day or two onto the booking, it was no trouble.

The vehicle was very comfortable, well maintained & spotlessly clean. I do like the Aircon as well, which was first class on the vehicle, (nearly got frostbite) seriously it was brilliant.

Would I use KCNN again ? Without a doubt, if you can get service like this you don't look elsewhere.

We fly out ths weekend and are having a car delivered by - KCNN. We have booked through Yes-Tourism which has received good reports previously.

Now Mark you post this about KCNN and I am so so pleased - thanks for the report.
The only problem is it makes the wait until the weekend even more painful !!

By the way, the weekend is only just over 73 hours away, I am feeling the pain for you.

We also used KCNN on our recent visit. Booked by email. Vehicle, a jeep Jimny, was in great condition, and delivered to our resort. I'd highly recommend this car service.

I too endorse the above comments,all the family, K,C,N&N were pleasant.The car I had was a saloon with about 5000 on the clock and absolutely no problems.

Well I am Back KCNN were absolutely great. They unexpectedly delivered a shiny spotlessly clean car an hour after we arrived even though we had only paid for and asked for it to be delivered the following morning. We needed to swop to a Nissan Serena a week later to accomodate our family who were joining us and that too was done at a time to suit us and again the vehicle was shiny spotlessly clean. With leaving our family behind there was a final swop back to a saloon on Saturday which again was done at a time to suit my son.
Charmaine is so so helpful and the vehicles were the best we have ever hired.
We had arranged this via the internet through Yes Tourism who were very helpful throughout the making of the arrangements.
Hats off to both of them.

Just back to. KCNN and Charmaine were brilliant and we had the same great service! We'll be using them again next year!

Sadly we didn't win the competition so had to pay for our own rental with KCNN but just to echo all the same thoughts as Mark Hall. Charmaine was great, our jeep was excellent and all exactly as requested. Highly recommended.

Once again KCNN were magnificent.Cars immaculate and promptly delivered.They even up graded me,at no extra charge, because the car that I wanted was not available.A pleasure to do business.Thanks a lot Kenrick and Charmaine.

We also booked our car (via the ever efficient Yes Tourism) and selected a KCNN car. A three door model was booked however a five door model greeted us.

Kenrick, always on time, met us at the airport with an absolutely gleaming car (even the tyres shone) and he cheerfully helped us with our luggage both on arrival and departure.

We had absolutely no problems with the car during our two month hire so a big thank you to Kenrick and Charmaine and to Iris of Yes Tourism for making the arrangements.
