Going over to Tabogo next week we are going to be based around Crowne Point.
So I was just wondering what's the food like for Vegetarians on the island. And where are the best places to eat which offer good vegetarian options?
I am what I call semi-proper Vegetarian - I don't eat Seafood or chicken, however I do eat Eggs and milk products.
Look forward to recieving some tips.
Thanks

Hi
I'm a veggie and I was fine eating in Tobago. There is a decent selection of vegetable based foods, so you should be fine.
I don't think there is a big vegetarian culture per se, especially compared to the UK, but you should be fine food wise.
