Carrie, your travel agent should have your 'ticket'.As it is Virgin it won't be the old fashioned jobby but in the form of an e-mail called an e-ticket.

Hi Carrie,
Most airlines have now stopped the issue of 'tickets' as we know them and instead will send you an e-mail confirmation of the ticket (e-ticket), which is collectable on arrival at the airport. If the travel agent didn't take your e-mail address then the confirmation may be send to them directly. I wouldn't hold your breath for an actual 'ticket'....it seems we are no longer trusted to be able to hold onto a piece of card. I may of course be wrong but if i was you i'd just ring the agent to check what their normal procedure is. Either way i'm sure you'll get there!

HI Carrie,
If you have booked a package through a tour operator, you will get your tickets via your travel agent about 7-14 days before travel.
We are booked with Travel Collection (part of Kuoni) to go to Grenada on 6th June this year (whoops probably shouldn't admit that on this site!) - and we received our tickets a week ago. We are also flying with Virgin (and Caribbean Star) and our airline tickets were included in the pack we received.
Have a great time in Tobago - I'm sure you'll love it.

Haha brian

but then we only have one piece of paper...maybe the odds of people losing it are smaller...i don't know the logic...

Then of course the travel companies save the huge amounts of £ previously required to print tickets....i think i'm right in saying that this was pre 9/11 too..sorry Carrie for digressing!
