hello all! my fiance and I are going to TnT for the first time in a few weeks. We fly into POS airport and plan to spend a few days there with some folks. But then we want to head to Tobago to max and relax.
we've read about how fantastic Castara is. Are there any other 'hidden gems'?
also curious-- is there wireless internet on Tobago?
thanks for your help!

Hello R
Welcome aboard!
Try Charlotteville. There's not quite as much to choose from in terms of accommodation and restaurants, but C'Ville will always remain the 'true' Tobago to me.
There are no wireless hotspots for public access in Tobago. Other than in the built-up Scarborough to Crown Point end of the island, data packets are still carried between modems by carrier pigeon. That is what's so great about places like Castara and C'Ville.

the pigoens are going on holiday...
heard from someone here in castara who gets in the net via cell phone chip from TSTT. but that would still mean to have a local dial-up.
best you forget about the net and business a bit while here and just go to one of the two internet cafes in the village...
