Hi,
We just got back from a 2 week stay at TRP (August 2006). We stayed in the large 2 bedroom 'cottage' which is incredibly spacious and has the best view from the bacony of any of the apartments. The apartment is designed to make the most of the breeze so contrary to our expectations we did not need the air conditioning. The owner Rainer was there during our stay, and was extremely helpful, even changing some money for us when he went to Scarborough one day. He has done an incredible job getting the place built in this sleepy villiage - Charloteville is a place where it can be hard enough even to organise lunch!

The living accommodation is huge, with a large kitchen and dining table/lounge area. There is also a table on the shared deck just outside the door of the apartment which is a lovely place to enjoy Jane's Rotis!

Without any doubt at all Rainer serves the best coffee on the island, and it's better than most expressos I've had in the UK too. He also does pasta (very good) and sandwiches/burgers/chips for lunch which make a welcome change to the limited menu in the village restaurants, and he organised a pizza (tobago style and excellent) for us for dinner one evening.

Highly recommended - will definitely stay there if we return to Tobago.
