Pool area was nice, as was living room and lounge area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were small with double beds. A/C in bedrooms only was VERY, VERY NOISY!!! I could nor sleep with it turned on and no ceiling fans were available in bedrooms
New Quieter Air-Conditioning System Installed

Dear K Silburn,
We are pleased you chose to stay at Horizons Tobago Apartments, but were saddened to hear you were unable to sleep due to the air-conditioning unit. Unfortunately it developed a fault during your stay, and we would like you to know that the air-conditioning units in all of our apartments have been changed, and a new quieter air-conditioning system has been installed.
