Dining at the Coco Reef

My Wife, Father and I have just enjoyed an excellent evening meal at the Coco Reef Tamaras Restaurant - fine food (large portions to please big eaters), varied choice and deserts to die for. We sort of expected all that, but also thought we would get the slow, inattentive service that some previous posters referred to - not a bit, in fact the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, despite a full house. Prices were high for Tobago, but cheap compared with European 5* hotels. The surroundings/ambience is suitably exotic, right down to the birds nesting in the chandalier! (No tables underneath, to avoid extras in the soup, but a nice touch that they leave the birds alone to come and go through the open shutters we thought). We will definitely go again.
