My fiance and I stayed at Crusoe's when we visited Tobago in May. It was very affordable and is fully air-conditioned and very clean. The owners are very accommodating. The first night we stayed at Crusoe's we had difficulty turning on the air conditioning unit. Even though it was late the lady graciously came to our room and assisted us and always kept a smile on her face. We would definately stay there again.
