Charlotteville Tambu Bamboo Band?

I wonder if anyone knows if the wonderful "Charlotteville Tambu Bamboo Band" is active in the village at the moment? We're going back to Tobago in 10 days time and would like to hear them again.
We heard them by chance a couple of years ago one evening while we were eating in Charlotteville, and they were playing in the centre of the village - practising for the T&T carnival band competition in February [in which they won their section].
Secondly, does anyone know if they've ever produced a CD or other recording? They really are great - a stunning combination of traditional and modern influences.
If you want to get an impression of their sound, listen to the drum accompaniment of the first track [The Obvious Child] of Paul Simon's "Rhythm of the Saints" album, especially the introduction. I think he used a Cameroonian drum group, but the effect and rhythms are very similar.
There's a clip of this track on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Rhythm-Saints-Pau ... F8&s=music ...but it omits the intro.
