I wasn't sure where to put this if it's in the wrong place Steve will move it!

Thursday night although a little tired after my long journey from Castara to Carnbee,I rested for a few hours and then ventured to Scarbrough for the annual pan band competition. As the advertising said the start would be at 8pm sharp, being used to carib time I got into town at about 9pm and it hadn't started. As I had some time to waste I visited one two hostelries to check the temperature of the Carib--some times it took two too correctly guage the temp.
Eventually at about 1030pm the judges turned up and things started about 11pm
There were 15 bands ranging from small(15 players 25 or so instruments)to large with over 125 players and a couple of hundred instruments)
What a terriffic night-there was more than just pan of course.
I returned tired and emotional( %*} )at about 4am.
Ufortunately I didn't feel like the risk of taking my camera but next year I shall take a cheap one so it doesn't matter so mucuh if it walks.
