Tobago to Costa Rica

I'm really enjoying this forum - learning lots, getting eager for trip in October. We're also planning some time in Costa Rica. Anyone have any experience flying between Tobago or POS and Costa Rica? Would rather not have to go all the way back to Miami.

DMT, sorry, your timing is bad. A couple of years ago, BWIA used to fly direct to Costa Rica from Port of Spain, but discontinued after a while as it was uneconomical. A check with Expedia shows that to get to Costa Rica from T&T, the main options would be to make a connection in Miami, or via Caracas with additional connections in Bogota or Panama City.
