remember it's tobago-any time from 1pm i think but it can be very hot waiting around
last time we were there the marquee was a godsend and the people watching and entertainment superb i'm very envious you'll have a great time for sure
it might pay you to enquire with the villagers a few days before but remember these things cannot be rushed-it all adds to the anticipation and overall enjoyment as long as you are chilled
just lime man!!!
