My friend and I were lucky enough to spend three weeks in tobago Jan- Feb this year. Our intention was to windsurf and enjoy the break from the british winter. Neither disapointed, and we spent all but one day at Pigeon Point with Radical sports, enjoying the watersports. The setup there is great, we were made to feel realy welcome even though we were using our own kit, and all the staff were ready to help us out anytime we needed it, with equipment, tuition and much more.
The location is really popular for windsurfing and kitesurfing, but the centre also hires catamarans and kayaks, offers parasailing and can organise you dives trips so no wonder we spent every day there...
We had a great time and would definitly go back, thanks to Ricki, Kim, Emma and Jerome for all your help!

Just writing to to add a few comments to what Danielle has already said about Radical sports. We (my wife & two children) were in Tobago for a week at the end of last month (February). This is a brilliant set-up and we had a fabulous time Parasailing (for the 1st time) etc. Rikky Knowles is a great guy, very friendly and knowledgable etc. and we would strongly recomend Radical spots to anyone.
Mandy (49) writing now. I really didn't want to parasail. I only did it because my son didn't want to do it alone. It was fantastic! Rikky made me feel completely confident and I can't wait to do it again. What an experience! Soaring high over the blue sea but I felt totally safe.
On the strength of this my son Archie tried wakeboarding next day. He had never done it before. Rikki gave him some instruction and he was up and running within a very short time. He absolutely loved it. Sometimes you worry about keeping your 14 year old entertained but not any more!

I would just like to add a big recommendation for Radical Sports at Pigeon Point. My husband Mike had two weeks of excellent windsurfing with them in February, having been there last year as well. Both Rikki and Kim, together with the rest of their team, do their utmost to help you get the most out of your visit and have developed a really good friendly and professional atmosphere at their centre. We booked the board hire in advance by e-mail and everything went smoothly. They can advise you about getting the weekly/two weekly passes onto Pigeon Point to save money, and have got contacts locally for bike hire and almost anything else you might need. We are looking forward to returning next year!
