Lovely neighborhood location a short walk from Bacellet Bay Beach and 20 minute hike to Scarborough, Horizon Tobago was fabulouse to move into, relax in, swim at, and use a base for Tobago adventures. A great value for the location - 2 bedrooms, large living space, terrific maid service, and a lovely yard.
