Scuba Diving in July

I am planning to visit Tobago in July and i am wondering about the water conditions, visability, currents etc. Also i would like to book a diving package with hotel included, unless the weather/conditions are too dodgy in which case i would just book dives when i get there. I am bringing my son who is a diver as well so i need buget/nice accomodations. Not asking for too much hopefully.

I'm not sure that dive packages with hotel included are available but a few hotels spring to mind which have on-site dive facilities or good dive locations close by.
On the Atlantic side - Blue Waters Inn and Manta Lodge (Speyside) Toucan Inn and Kariwak Village (Crown point).
Over on the Caribbean - Arnos Vale Hotel and Grafton Beach Resort (Stone Haven Bay).
