It is with very great regret that I must announce the demise of
myTobago.info.
All good things must come to an end but it is nevertheless a sad, sad day. We had hoped that through the power of consumer comment, this website would help Tobago to become a 'quality' destination, rather than a down-market rip-off joint. Sadly, we have clearly failed. The fact that Sun readers visit the forum is bad enough

, but Jade Goody visiting the island. NO WAY, surely!
If this is what Tobago has come to, then I'm off to Florida or Mallorca.
Words fail me! I'm off to get drunk and consider my future.

Could be worse, imagine the poor soul that had her in the next seat for 9 hours there and back!

Oh my God - I never thought of that, Marc. Being in the same cabin would be bad enough.

Fortunately, I didn't know she was here... otherwise I'd now be facing allegations of arson from anyone who knows me!!!
I can't knock Florida though, that's my holiday destination of choice! Well, what are you going to do for a vacation when you live in Tobago!? (Somehow I don't think I'm going to get much sympathy with this one....)

I wouldn't take it too hard Steve - something tells me that she won't be going back in a hurry
Cheers

So, who burned the garden ??? Maybe someone who does not want her to be there?
I guess Steve P. is right and she would not come back too soon.
By the way: who the f**** is Jade Goody
A stupid German longing for a Carib

A stupid English woman who should have the Carib bottle stuffed ....... (naughty, naughty!

)
Don't ask. Our cricket team are enough of an embarassment without having to explain Jade Goody as well.

Gisela,
A stupid Finnish longing for Carib also had to 'google' for her name...she is sort of Big Brother -celebrity and I guess people don't quite like her... I'm glad the British feel the same thing about the BB-stars as we do or at least I do.

Noone had to burn the garden, by the way. it is dry season and t burns all over the place. thats quite normal and nothing to worry about... and people who do have a brain (seems like JG is not one of them) just take a garden hose and wet the grounda arround the house if a fire comes too close (not a tiny bucket)...
for all holiday makers: usually it is some bush burning somewhere up on the hill... no worries... thinking about that, maybe there was some naughty britt in jades bushes with a lighter after all...
if she is so bad, maybe they had to sedate her in the plane anyway...carry her by stretcher... taser and cuff her?.. or is she rich enough to book the whole first class...?
does big brother never end? happy to be on the island and far away from that. there is no BB-tobago (yet?)

But can you be sure that Miss Goody wasn't there filming a pilot show Steph

?
She is definately one of Britain's less appealing exports.
The travesty is that not only has she thrown Steve W into a fit of depression, but she will now be able to sell her story (yet again) to the highest bidder from the 'celebrity' magazines for £100,000 (TT$1,000,000) or thereabouts .
Funny that there is always someone with a camera around to capture the disasters which frequently befall her.
I can see the front page now
'MY HOLIDAY HELL'.
Read Jade's own account of her Caribbean nightmare.

That quote alone would be worth buying the magazine for - thanks for that gem Gisela

Thanks for that Steve P., I wasn't sure if I could really write this but it was the first thing coming in to my mind after reading the "newspaper" articel. lol:
Joanna, we knwo BB as well in Germany and I really wonder who is watching it. You can ask everybody and hear only "never ever". I guess it is the same like NOBODY you know eats McD. fast food
I hope that Steve W. will recover soon from his depression!
Cheers

To quote one Mr Jeremy Clarkson 'Jade Goody is a waste of skin and bone!'

Couldn't agree more! Horrible oaf of a person!

I have just returned from Tobago today and can confirm Jade Goody was on the XL flight and has left the Island. She travelled cattle class, so perhaps her bubble really has burst.

Yet more bad publicity for Excel.
Am I being cruel, or can anyone else see the similarity between these photos
Apologies to
http://www.ranter.co.uk/ranter/ranter.p ... autician_1 for cropping their photo, but the original could put people off their Sunday dinner.

I was stuck on plane with her both ways just got home'
