I recently stayed at the Horizon Apartments while in Tobago for a week for the Plymouth Jazz Festival. I was so happy with my accomodations! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. It is the perfect place to relax and get away from the rush of life. The staff that drove me there was helpful and friendly, and Olga, the woman who watches the property by day, was just a jewel! A great experience!
