myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

We will be in Tobago when the new Harry Potter book comes out on 21st July can anyone advise if I can pre order the book in Tobago or do you think there will be plenty of copies available to buy that weekend. My kids will kill me if we can't read it till we get home on 3rd August when everyone back home will know the final outcome!

Rowena, there is a pretty good bookstore in the Lowlands Mall in Tobago called Nigel R Khan Bookseller. Perhaps you can preorder the book and collect it at their store. Hope this helps.

I had seen Nigel R. Kahn's bookshop on the internet but did not know if or where they had branches on Tobago and couldn't find any contact details. I will see if I can pre order so we can pick up the book on the day! Step one to a peaceful holiday for me!

As Clyde says, there's a bookshop in the mall, and you can order the HP book there (there's a big sign in the window saying that you can anyway!). It says on the poster, that you can pick it up after midnight on 20th, but in all honesty, I think the likelihood of the shop (and, indeed the mall itself!) being open until after midnight for a few people to pick up the book, is somewhat limited!!!! Normally the security guards at the mall are reluctant to let you in by 7pm (even though some of the foodcourt places are open later).

LOL! I'm with Paul on that one! It's a birthday present for a friend which is the only reason I've ordered it!! That's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it!
