Hey this Feb. one of my friends stayed at Sunset Villa in Black Rock. Nearby there was a new construction of what looked like condominums or other villas down the beach. The building was yellow and white. Would anyone know the name of this facility?

Lydia, I'm not sure of the line of sight from Sunset Villa, but if it looks south-west towards Stonehaven Bay and Grafton, then it's possible that you/your friend might have been looking at a new condominium building that was recently completed. I don't know the name of the complex itself. Each unit is individually owned. Have a look at this site, as the Chaconia condo might be one of the units in the building that you were asking about.
