Last minute panic!!

Hi. This is my first time so be gentle with me. We're due to fly out to Tobago on Wednesday for our first visit and we can't wait. I've suddenly had a last minute panic that I need 6 months+ validity on my passport, as is the case when visiting some destinations. My passport expires in January 2008. Can anyone set my mind at rest and confirm that this rule does not apply to Tobago? Thanks in advance (and here's hoping I don't have to make a last minute dash to the passport office on Monday!). Richard.

Richard,

If you look at the menu above under 'Tobago' (between Welcome and Accomodation) you will see a section called Documentation. There is some useful info in there.

Also, the Tobago Immigration website does not state a time limit, just that the passport has to be valid and you must have a return ticket.

Hi Richard

Welcome aboard!

Sorry I missed your post last night. Your registration came in just as I was reaching forward to switch off my screens before leaving the office for the night, so I was able to activate the account but didn't see the post.

Anyway, Jill has kindly pointed you in the right direction and you will have seen that your passport only needs to be valid for 3 months from the date of departure - so enjoy your holiday without worries and be sure to let us know how you get on.
