I stayed at VIP twice this year - first in June and then in August.
The accommodation is very basic: self contained apartments, consisting of an airconditioned bedroom, a kitchenette/dining area, patio overlooking the car-park, hot and cold bathroom and cable TV.
even though the price is low, VIP is extremely clean and you get freshly laundered towels when you check-in.
the one drawback is that the TV set is in the dining area rather then the bedroom.
