I'm pleased to see such good feedback on our charter flights to TAB. We, as I'm only a small part of the team, try very hard to make these flights as safe and comfortable as possible.

I would be grateful if forum members could avoid sending me too many Private Messages, but I will endevour to answer any sensible questions!

All airlines incur delays and problems from time to time so I cannot however enter into any dialogue with regards to complaints!

Under the virgin flights topic there is mention of monarch changes. I think it says excel will be taking over from nov. What differences will this make? will routing/days of operation change? We are going to tobago for the first time next easter. we have accommodation booked for a sat so have to fly that day. We were hoping to use monarch premium economy as people recommend regularly. We havent booked our flights yet.
