I stayed at Kia's in a double room with my father. There was a double bed and a pull out couch. We had a great stay. The guesthouse was clean and the owner was extremely helpful and kind. Kia's really is across from the beach, too! It literally took me less than a minute to get to Store Bay every day. Also, Kia's is very close to amenities like mini-marts, an internet cafe is right across the street, and lots of nice restaurants, as well as inexpensive local eateries. All and all, my experience at Kia's was very nice. I wish the owner lots of luck with her endeavours.
