Well my brethren, it could be that my hour has finally arrived. I have discovered ( via the BBC ) that there is a discussion forum for the over -fifties!
I've had a look, it's very slow in responding ( how appropriate) and it appears you can't read any posts until you've registered, so I don't know yet about the kind of folk who use it. So, be warned, I may defect if you upset me.
I won't if it's full of moaning old codgers who won't let me go off-topic though.
I know what you're saying; " Am I bovvered? Do I care what you do?"
Well OK maybe not! Just trying to wind you up!
Back at work tomorrow
Cheers m'dears

Carolnoe,
You are simply amazing. "Have a waffle with Carol" was created to confine our silly non-Tobago ramblings to one thread and you have managed to get us off on a tangent on three other posts (including the one on mossies) simultaneously. My hat is off (groan) to you

Not only that you have gotten the Grand Poobah himself to join in. Perhaps the forum needs to be renamed from myTobago to myZannusi

Waaaagh! I am so confused. Can you people stop messing with my head before I have had enough caffeine to work out what is going on.

Dear Mr Erudite,
Just had a quick google( a new verb in the English language) Yes you are ,as usual, right. But it was also used in "The Flinstones".
