Looking for Fishing Buddy January 2008

Hi all,
My girlfriend and I are flying to Tobago on 29 December 2007 for two weeks. We are staying in Castara for the first week, then Black Rock for the second week. We have hired a jeep for our stay and intend to 'get about'!!!
My girlfriend 'J', isn't into fishing but has allowed me as much time (within reason
) to spend as much time fishing as I want, either from the beaches or from hired boats. (Believe me, I've earned some serious brownie points for this one!)
I'm looking for a 'buddy' to spend some 'heavy' fishing time with during our stay. I'm willing to give anything and anywhere a go, but have to admit a tarpon or bonefish or two has crossed my mind. I'd also like to try and catch a shark (AND release it) from the shore as well as sample the inshore boat fishing for dolphins (not the 'flipper' variety) and bonito/false albacores.
I'm a seasoned fisherman; so much so, I run my own fishing business. I am bringing out all of my own tackle.
