Hi can anyone tell me the dates of the 2008 Jazz Festival. Went last year and it was fantastic fun wuth great acts. Desperate to book for next year but need dates.

unfortunately there are no changes on the website yet... rumours say that they want to keep it for a whole week, thank god I don't live in plymouth. I mean it was great and all, but if you have it every night all night...

I was told by someone involved that the planned date is April 25-27th. But this is not 100% confirmed yet as they are still locking down all the logistical details. So my advice is, if you do make bookings, make sure that they are changeable without penalty!

Hi, I too was going to ask if anyone knew when it will be held in 2008. Is there a website I can keep a check on?? We went to Tobago in May last year just after the Jazz Festival and it sounded good, was going to try to book this year to coincide. Also will there be info about who is playing etc.

Caragh, if you are planning on coming for the Jazz Festival, you should not delay. Tobago is over-run with Trinis who come over for the Jazz Festival festivities. So may of the better-known places may already be booked.

Good Luck. I know that nearly all (if not all by now) of the rental villas that are managed by the real estate agents are gone already. These are the kinds of properties the Trinis go for. If you opt for apartments in the farther-away areas like Castara etc and are willing to travel to/from the shows you might have better luck.
