Hi everyone!

We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year . We're not jealous of anyone in Tobago at this time of year honest!! It's foggy and cold outside, but at least Strictly Come Dancing will be over tomorrow and I can regain control of our TV. What is the traditional Xmas fayre on Tobago? Roast Chachalaca?!! Sorry if that sounded ignorant, but I am really interested to know. I know about some of the delicacies our friends will be having in Trinidad, but not Tobago.
