I made reservations at this hotel but we canceled our trip way ahead in advance because we couldn't make it.....after some time i decided to get a refund of my money and after several attempts to contact the manager she informed me that they never made a log of my cancellation so therefore she refused to give me my money back.....these people are a total rip off because its my word against some worker who didn't do her job...this is bad service to the max

Did you pay by bank transfer or credit/debit card? If so, you will be able to get confirmation that the money was paid to the business or business owner. It's worth looking into.
