myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

hi to everyone! my husband and I are planning to fly to tabago from grenada next week. he is a good kiter and I am thinking to take lessons. we know that pigeon point is the place to go. but doe anybody have any suggestion regarding accommodation? we are lloking basically for a place located near the beach, considering he will have all the kite staff to carry. something with less than 60 rooms, simple but at the same time clean and safe. to spend maximum 200 us$ per night. also, is tobago a safe place? thank you to all for the suggestions!!

Hello Marikendo, you should look at the Accommodations tab on this site for places. The areas to look for would be in Crown Point, Bon Accord, or Pigeon Point. But you'd better act quickly. If you are coming to Tobago next week and don't have accommodations booked already you might have problems, as the week after is our Carnival week, which is peak holiday season in Trinidad & Tobago. Lots of locals also go across to Tobago. Expect many places to be booked starting from Thursday Jan 31st to Thursday Feb 7th. Good Luck!
