i was recently in tobago. i found all the locals to be very courtious towards me. i eat at the fish pot most days . the food was cooked brillent on occasion i even saw the local fisher men bring in there catch and the next thing it was being served to me. thats what i call fresh. the wine list is one of the best i have seen in a long time. the staff always have a smile and a willing to help in anyway. while on my visit i attened yoga at the kariwak with tanya i would recommend this to anyone that comes to relax. the food and staff there were top class. i also spent two afternoons at shorethings there juices and pizza are to die for. you can just sit there enjoying your lunch watching the sugar birds eat and in the back round is the atlantic ocean. this island is paridise . i will return again for sure. =D>

Hi Caitriona,
great you loved your stay in Tobago, Shore Things is indeed a wonderful place to sit and relax, friendly staff, excellent food and drinks (fresh juices inclding famous rumpunch, one of my favourites really. My brother put a lot of 'Tobago feeling' on his personal website. As my twin brother he seems to feel the same way, photos and film of hungry babanaquits:
