myTobago – your questions, review and comment about Tobago

Hello everyone,

My boyfriend and I will be going to Tobago in mid-April and were wondering if anybody had good recommendations for good vegetarian eats. We'll by trying to cook for ourselves as much as possible, but would like to have options. We'll be staying in Speyside, Castara and Buccoo.

Jessica,there is a wide range of vegetables in Tobago,some of which you may never have heard of.It will be no problem in any restaurant to just have vegetables or pasta,I'm sure.

jessica . the fish pot in pleasent prospect do great vegetarian food if they are given notice there number is 635 1728.they open for lunch monday to saturday and dinner wed thur and friday. they also do take away.
