Hi
This time 3 weeks I will be on my way to Tobago for a friends wedding, we will be staying for a week at the Hilton and I would like to be able to experience the island as it will be my first time. I am not a great water lover so snokelling and diving are out but would love to have a good tour around the island and the rainforest. There is a chance that out of the five of us going I will be the only one interested in sightseeing so I'm looking for a good guide/group to contact does anyone have any suggestions??
Many thanks for any info you can give
Claire

I'm still waiting to go 'off-road' with Ali Baba. But I'm a very patient man and it's good to have something to look forward to.
And whatever happened to those donkeys eh? David.

David and Tony,
I'd like to go "off road" too, but as for donkeys...
I do remember being approached by someone called Gerry(?) who offered to arrange a donkey safari, but I declined. Not with my bad back and short legs. Did I look to him like someone who would ride on a donkey I have often asked myself?
I rode a camel called "Brigitte Bardot" in Tunisia, but I was only 25 then...

@noe: riding is a wonderful relaxing move for a bad back (have one myself)and short legs are pefect for a donkey ride!
@david: take your foot out of your mouth, no harm done, guess you meant the foreign tour-reps in the hotel...
@tony: the zebra-jeep got a make over and is ready again, ali and mudgi (jackson) found some nice new places to go... should have seen them when they came back, with their cuttlass, dirty all over but happy as little boys...
@all: did not see the donkeys again. it was such a nice idea. had some guests who went and they just loved it!
whatever you do and with whoever you go, just make sure you take your time, enjoy yourself and have a great day!!!!
greetings from little bay
