Cleve Lewis.

For the second year I have rented a car from Cleve Lewis. Useless to say that if I rented the car from Cleve again it is because not only his price was better than most other car rentals, but Cleve has been extremely nice. I recommend Cleve without hesitation for your rental needs.

I found Cleve's price about 10 to 20% cheaper than most car rental places in Tobago
