evening entertainment - graften

hi, excellent site in which i have found out alot about the grafton which i am going for two weeks in august (in fact we booked it after we found out about problems last november and subsequent refurbishments with now mainly good reviews). Although we are looking for a relaxing holiday we would like a bit of life / choice in the evenings . whats it like at the hotel (ie do people disappear to bed early) and is there anything within walking distance ? also we are staying all-inclusive and was wondering what types of drinks this really entitles you to?
