I would recommend staying at Petite Carmene villa to anyone! It was just that fantastic! The villa itself is nestled in the midst of the most beautiful grounds with magnificent old trees, bamboo patches and banana trees. The villa is so huge and roomy that you can really envision this as your own place and not just a vacation spot you rest at for a few days. The interior decorating is so tastefully done with all natural seashells and tidbits from the island that it really transcends you into idyllic island living. We were lucky to have a family gathering there and it was the perfect spot. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious and kept so tidy by the housekeeper. She was really so professional and such a pleasure to chat with. We loved the huge verandah for night time meals and for just "liming" on afternoons. The little spa jacuzzi was wonderful for relaxing in, after a day out on the beaches! Even for my sister with two little ones, the villa is very child friendy. I really think you must stay at Petite Careme on your next visit to Tobago. You will need a vehicle to get around the island if you do go......there is just so much to see that you should try to do an island tour! It was my boyfriend's first time in the caribbean and he absolutely loved Tobago and our Petite Careme experience. The memories will definitely be on our top ten for best vacations!
