Beautiful spot whatever but especially if you get the upstairs it is big with vast verandah and views. You need to be fit to plod up the hill and exciting car parking. However your hosts are absolutely lovely. as newcomers we could not have asked for more. Charlotteville itself is a wonderful working town where fishing and and the 'village' itself take priority over the few tourists. Through our fantastic hosts we learnt so much about the ways of the people and the island. And where in the world could you find a big chocolate cake being walked down the glorious deserted Pirates Bay Beach and being offered so gently and politely to startled bathers! Go and enjoy and take your best manners with you. It will be appreciated in this place.
