Our hoilday at the le grand was delightful and followed our first visit the year before. our request to have the same room was met with an apology and the next best thing an identical room next door. the food and service is of a high order, and the spa treaments for men and women are relaxing and enjoyable. the beach is lovely but there are no lifeguards,so common sense is required when bathing as in certain conditions waves are strong and can push you over. the staff seem to be the "graduates" from the hotel next door, and I believe the threat of return there brings out the best in them. we found them all friendly pleasant and they enhanced our stay.
